# 付款成功但IP未到账怎么办

请先确认订单已支付成功，并刷新 “[**IP 列表**](https://dashboard.xspark.cn/static-isp/proxy-list/)” 页面。

如果支付成功超过 10 分钟仍未到账，请联系客服：<support@xspark.cn>，并提供：用户名、订单号、支付时间以及支付成功截图，方便核查。请勿重复付款。
